At Bags Shop Alanis, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day Return & Refund Policy for eligible orders.

Refunds or replacements cannot be processed if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Customers are entitled to a return or refund under the following conditions:

⚠️ Note: Returns or refunds are not accepted for a change of mind. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If an order is canceled or a refund is requested for any reason, a 5% transaction fee will be charged.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a standard processing period.
