Valentino Black Leather Tricolour Sneakers.  Black mesh and leather upper with burgundy leather and grey suede heel detail.  Foam and rubber soles.  Very good pre-owned with wear to bottom soles. 

Size mark has worn off but previous owner wears EU42 which converts to women's 11.5 or mens 9.
